We do not place loans for primary residences, second homes, vacation homes, owner-occupied dwellings, or any consumer-purpose financing. By engaging with us, you represent that you are seeking financing for an investment property that you will not occupy as a primary or secondary residence for more than fourteen (14) days in any twelve-month period.

Compensation disclosure.

Capstone is compensated by the funding lender at closing on a transaction basis. Capstone's compensation will be disclosed in writing to the borrower prior to closing. We do not collect any advance fee from borrowers prior to loan closing.

Geographic scope.

This site is published from Asheville, North Carolina. Loans may be placed only in states where the funding lending partner is authorized to operate. Nothing on this site constitutes a solicitation, offer, or advertisement in any state where the funding lender is not so authorized.

No securities solicitation.

Capstone does not solicit investors and does not offer securities of any kind. We do not sell, place, broker, or market fund interests, notes, debt participations, or any other investment product. We work with borrowers only.
