What happens after you submit

Three things, fast.

  1. 1.Confirmation email. So you know the form actually went through and didn't disappear into the spam folder.
  2. 2.I read it the same business day. If the numbers and timeline make sense, I'll call or email to talk through which lending partner is the right fit, what they'd need next, or specific questions.
  3. 3.A real "no" if it's not a fit. I'll tell you why, clearly, before routing it to any lender, so you can take that feedback to the next conversation. I won't string you along.
